Sideshow Bob's worst nightmare

Yes, yes, I know what I said. That the next drawing I do will be a non-Bob one. But the inspiration just hit me in the face like a rake! I used only digital means (MS paint and ArcSoft PhotoStudio 5.5), which is something I've wanted to do since I got PhotoStudio last week. Not that great a program, but good. I have also started playing around with shadows. I think it's pretty good for a first try with shadows, backgrounds, etc.

Who will end up getting a taste of their own medicine?
